  • Creating Your Profile.
    1. Click on Create Your Profile
    2. Enter your First and Last names. Make sure to check the box next to your name if you do not wish for your name to be displayed on your listing/s.
    3. Choose and enter a unique Username (6-15 characters with letters and numbers only).
    4. Enter and confirm your Password.
    5. Enter your Email address and Phone number. (This information will be used for administrative purposes and will not be displayed or shared.)
    6. Enter in your Billing Address (not property address.)
    7. Tick the radio button to indicate what kind of Lister category you belong to. (University affiliated, private landlord, broker, etc.)
    8. Check the boxes next to your preferred method/s of contact. (This information will be displayed on your listing.)
    9. Click on to save your profile and continue to add a listing.


  • Adding a Property.
    1. Choose and enter the Property Name for your listing. This will be used as the headline of your listing.
    2. Enter your property details. Required fields will be marked with an * asterisk. Any additional information not indicated by checkboxes can be included in the Additional Details open text section. *Please review your ad before continuing to pay. Once your ad goes live, you will not be able to edit any details except for: Rent, Deposit, Cost of Utilities, and Date Available.
    3. Enter any additional information regarding the type of tenant you wish to lease to in the I’m Looking For section.
    4. Make sure you check the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before clicking on .
    5. Click on Browse to locate and choose photos on your computer.
    6. Enter a title or comment for you photo and click Upload Photo.
    7. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for up to five photos and click .
    8. Click to complete your listing without making a payment or click to make a payment. (Listings will not go live to the public until payments are made.)


  • Editing Your Profile.
    1. Login with the username and password that you have created upon signup.
    2. On the left menu, under Edit Profile click on Account Info.
    3. Make any edits you wish to make and click .

  • Editing Properties
    1. Login with the username and password that you have created upon signup.
    2. On My Homepage click Edit/Make Payment for the property you wish to edit. *Most fields cannot be edited by landlords. Please contact customer service if you wish to make any additional changes.
    3. Make any edits you wish to make and click or click if you wish to make a payment. (Listings will not go live to the public until payments are made.)


  • Deactivating Listings
    1. Login and click on My Homepage or Properties on the left menu to display your listed properties.
    2. Click on Deactivate for the property you wish to deactivate.


  • Reactivating Listings
    1. Login and click on Reactivate Properties on the left menu to display your deactivated properties.
    2. Click on Reactivate for the property you wish to reactivate. *Reactivated listings will not go live to the public if they do not have payments associated with them.

  • Deactivating Your profile
    1. To deactivate your profile, click Deactivate Profile on the left menu.
    2. Click on the button.


  • Viewing Properties
    1. Login and click on My Homepage or Properties on the left menu to display your listed properties.
    2. Click on View to display a summary of your listing. *Alternately, you may click on View my Property as others see it on the left menu. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to search for your listings the way it appears on our live site.
